The third talk will be on the Siegel鈥擶eil formula, a quantitative version of 鈥渓ocal-to-global principle鈥 for quadric forms over integers. We will discuss an arithmetic version, relating the Kudla-Rapoport 听special cycles on Shimura varieties to Siegel--Eisenstein series.听
