Using discrete Morse theory, I will describe an efficient presentation for the cohomology听听ring of the configuration space of unordered n-tuples of points on a binary tree. With such a presentation,听the ring can be shown to be an exterior face ring, thus proving a conjecture听by Farley in the case of binary听听trees.
